Mark S. Kelldorf
Founder and President
With over 40 years of experience as a geologist, Mark Kelldorf has built a remarkale career in the oil and gas industry. In 1983, he founded the first Arkoma entity, which has since grown into a successful enterprise. Mark’s expertise lies in the technical evaluation and strategic acquisition of oil and gas assets across the United States.
A graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor of Science in Geology, Mark furthered his education with graduate studies in Petroleum Geology at Southern Methodist University.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Mark is a dedicated leader in his community. For over 30 years, he has led weekly Bible Studies in Rockwall, Texas, inspiring high school students and professionals alike.
Francisco Alvarez
Managing Director
As Managing Director at Arkoma for over a decade, Francisco is responsible for generating new opportunities and structuring them accordingly, providing investment recommendations, leading A&D initiatives, overseeing asset management and cultivating industry relationships. Francisco attended Southern Methodist University and The University of Illinois-Chicago, obtaining a Finance Degree while being part of both NCAA Division I soccer programs.
Beyond Arkoma, Francisco enjoys exploring the world with family and competing in Sprint, Olympic and Ironman 70.3 distance triathlons.
Gabrielle Mosley
Executive Assistant
Gabrielle got her primary education at the San Francisco State Univertsity and has long term background in fitness and performing arts.
Joining us in 2008 as a receptionist, Gabrielle's versatility shines through as she efficiently handles various tasks assigned by the President and staff. From managing schedules and booking travel to warmly welcoming clients and addressing technology issues, she excels in her role. Her managerial skills have led her to become the Executive Assistant to the President and an adept Office Manager, ensuring seamless operations across departments.
Malaga Fivash
Finance Director
With a diverse background encompassing bookkeeping, payroll management, and accounts handling, Malaga has dedicated 16 years of service at Arkoma, ensuring smooth financial operations. Throughout her time at Arkoma, she has played a vital role in ensuring the financial stability and operational efficiency of the company.
She approaches each task with dilligence, from managing accounts payable and receivable to preparing detailed financial reports. Certified by the American Payroll Association, she humbly brings expertise in multi-state payroll processing, and client invoicing. Beyond her professional pursuits, Malaga spends her time with family, helping others, loving her animals, cooking, and growing plants and flowers.
Jason Steed
Acquisitions Director
As the Acquisitions Director at Arkoma, Jason spearheads the identification and acquisition of opportunities within the Haynesville region. Joining the team in 2015, Jason brought with him a wealth of experience in land work, specializing in acquiring leases, right of ways, ancillary agreements, and associated title, as well as managing land teams throughout the Marcellus and Utica Basins. Outside of work, Jason finds joy in his roles as a husband and father to four children. Embracing their rural lifestyle, Jason and his family actively participate in outdoor events, with a particular fondness for traveling to engage in local rodeo events in surrounding towns. Jason holds a bachelor's degree in Agricultural Economics from A&M University - Commerce, following his earlier studies in Economics at Baylor University.
Trey Hearne
Land Department Manager
With over a decade of experience in Arkoma's land department, Trey brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role. Currently, he is spearheading mineral acquisitions in the Williston Basin while also contributing to the management of Arkoma's assets portfolio. Trey is not only dedicated to his professional responsibilities but also to his roles as a husband and father of two. Prior to joining Arkoma, Trey earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Texas A&M-Corpus Christi.
Niki McKnight
Drafting Director
Niki became part of the Arkoma team in 2017 following her graduation from Oklahoma State University, where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Health Promotion while actively participating in Division I Soccer. With a proactive approach and a strong desire to excel, Niki seamlessly transitioned into a role within the land team, collaborating closely with the Project Manager on various leasing and mineral acquisition initiatives. Her responsibilities have evolved to encompass drafting, creating maps to track ownership across multiple states, conducting research on well design and geosteering, and producing a variety of land maps. Outside of work, Niki continues to pursue her passion for soccer and enjoys spending leisure time outdoors with her friends and family.
Jennifer Alvarez
Asset Manager
Jennifer has been an integral part of the Arkoma team for a decade. In her role, she diligently oversees all real assets within the group, ranging from mineral rights to real estate properties. Her responsibilities have expanded to include managing international ventures, demonstrating her versatility and expertise in asset management. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the Western Institute of Technology and Higher Education in Mexico, bringing a unique perspective to her work. Outside of her professional life, Jennifer finds joy in running, cherishing moments with her family, and exploring new destinations that allow her to combine her passion for running with quality family time.
Brandon Jenkins
Arkoma Ministries
Responsible for identifying new partnerships, leading Bible Studies, leading prayer, writing devotionals, leading local missions, equipping team members to carry out ministry, and collaborating with local businesses and churches to serve local school districts. With 12 years of experience working for ministries and non-profits, Brandon brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to his role at Arkoma. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, swimming, going on boat rides, and traveling. Brandon holds a Bachelor's degree in Practical Ministry from Christ For The Nations.
Daniel Figueroa
Land Administrator
With three years of dedicated service at Arkoma, Daniel serves as a Land Administrator, ensuring every process is executed with precision. His responsibilities include overseeing due diligence for new acquisitions and updating production reports of wells to ensure accurate determination of monthly revenues. Daniel holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from The University of Texas at Dallas. Outside of work, Daniel finds enjoyment in watching and playing soccer, as well as spending quality time with friends and family.
